“Deploy your talents” to bring schools and the world of work together

When the worlds of school and work get in touch, moments of great inspiration and reflection arise.

This is what our colleagues Valentina Gritti (IPI and SGQ),  Marcello Lorenzi (Head of Logistics),  Lorenzo Canella (Technical Office Supervisor) and Mattia Croci (Testing Officer) were able to achieve a few days ago when they shared their professional experience in the steel industry with the students of the Fifth O of the Fiocchi Institute, based just a stone's throw from our plant in Lecco.

In a constructive dialogue on the future and on the challenges of the world of work, we told the students about the opportunities that Caleotto can offer young talents, encouraging them to develop the necessary skills, especially through the study of technical-scientific subjects, to build their own career path and be more aware in choosing which path to take.

The initiative, which is part of the Deploy Your Talents project, is just one of many that reflect our commitment to enhance the ambition of young people and to create beneficial links with the realities of our territory.
